In a world full of stuff, input and clutter, it becomes increasingly difficult to wind down and " hear" yourself. What is it that you want, feel, desire? What makes you "tick", feel alive, glow? Slowly. Warmth from the inside out.

Imagination and creation holds no judgement or fear. It just is, whether others like it, or not, it does not matter, it just wants to be born, see the light and fill itself with all the colourful emotions there are. To be felt, enhanced, cherished and passed on to friends, family, strangers and even new generations.

Art, simple or more intense, illuminates the path, from your inner world bubbling up outward. Yes you can unwind, release stress etcetera, etcetera, but it can do so much more for you!

Writing, music, drawing, colouring, it all helps getting "the good stuff" out. This path to self discovery I followed and am following one day at a time. Over the years it lead me to write poetry, build with unusual materials, see them for what the could be, not just what they are and now design books. In school I was quite bad in grammar. In fact I still am. But the message lies in the words, what they tell, not so much whether the dots are in the right place.

All books, downloads and other creations have heart and soul in them and hopefully by colouring, writing or else You will discover yourself anew too..?
